摘要
局部缓释给药技术在牙周治疗的应用,既减少给药次数,降低了药物的不良反应,而且减少了病人的就诊次数,使用方便,引起口腔专业领域的密切关注.就国内外在牙周缓释治疗中有效成分及缓释辅料的应用作一综述.
The local release drug delivery technology in the application of periodontal treatment can reduce the delivery times and the reactions of adverse drug,It is easy to operate and can also save the patients time.The technique has draw attention in the field of dental treatment.This paper reviews the active ingredient and the application of sustained-release excipients in the treatment of periodontitis by sustained-Telease system.
