Adevancement of the Morphology Histology and Imaging Research of Normal Prostate

摘要 前列腺是男性生殖系统重要的附属性腺器官.近年来随着平均寿命的延长和生活质量的提高,也是患病率最高的器官之一.其形态组织学的研究一直受到关注,影像学检查是诊断前列腺疾病的一项常见而又重要的辅助检查手段.故熟悉前列腺的应用解剖及影像学表现是准确诊治前列腺疾病及评价疗效的关键.本文拟从正常前列腺的解剖位置、组织形态学、血供情况及影像学检查方法四个方面的研究情况作一综述,以供临床参考. The prostate is an important subsidiary sex organ of male reproductive system.In recent years, as life expectancy increases and the quality of life improves,it becomes the organ the highest morbidity.The morphology and histology of prostate has always been concerned and the imaging inspection of prostate is a common and important supplementary means.So,the understanding of the anatomy and imaging of the prostate is very important to the diagnosis and treatment of prostate disease.For clinical reference, the article reviews the anatomy,the morphology and histology,the blood flowing,and the imaging method of the normal prostate.
