摘要
目的观察复方倍他米松注射液联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效和安全性。方法65例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分成复方倍他米松注射液组(A组)和复方倍他米松注射液联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏组(B组),分别在治疗前和治疗后的1、2、3个月进行症状评分,观察疗效并记录不良反应。结果在治疗1个月后两组的症状积分和临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2、3个月后两组的症状积分和临床疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),B组优于A组;治疗结束时两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部注射复方倍他米松注射液联合外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗瘢痕疙瘩安全有效。
Objectivey To observe the effect and safety of the combination therapy of compound betamethason injection and 5% imiquimod cream in the treament of keloid.Methodsy 65 cases of outpatients with keloid were divided into compound betamethason injection group(group A) and the combination group of betamethasone compound injection and 5% imiquimod cream(group B).Judging the symptom score,observing the curative effect and evaluating the side effects before treatment and the 1st,2nd and 3rd month after the treatment.Resultsy The symptom score gradually descended after treatment in both groups,there was no significant difference on the symptom score and the curative effect in these two groups after the 1st month(P>0.05),but there was significant difference after the 2nd and 3rd month(P<0.01),group B was better than group A,there was no significant difference in these two groups on the rate of the side effects(P>0.05).Conclusiony The combination therapy of compound betamethason injection and 5% imiquimod cream in the treament of keloid is safety and effective.
