摘要
2008年上半年,金融危机由美国开始向全球蔓延,给中国的对外直接投资带来了巨大的冲击。如何在金融危机的冲击下保持国有企业海外并购的良好态势,并且使其进一步发展壮大。对于我国国有企业扩大对外直接投资,加强国家对外经济联系,促进我国国民经济发展,提升我国在国际经济上的地位具有重要意义。本文通过对我国国有企业海外并购的历史发展过程的认识,结合国企当前海外并购的现状分析,就国企海外并购遇到的问题,取得的成绩。来分析并推测我国未来国有企业海外并购的前景。并从中了解到面对金融危机,我国发展对外直接投资应该要注意的问题和在发展道路上应该做的准备。让我国国企海外并购的发展更加顺利,使我国在全球经济一体化的道路中占得先机。
The first half of 2008,the financial crisis in the world by the United States began to spread to China's foreign direct investment has brought a tremendous impact.How the impact of the financial crisis overseas mergers and acquisitions of state-owned enterprises to maintain a good posture,and to further grow and develop.For China's state-owned enterprises to expand foreign direct investment,strengthen economic ties with foreign countries,and promote China's national economic development,enhance our international economic position of great significance.This article on China's state-owned enterprises through mergers and acquisitions overseas awareness of the history of the development process,combined with state-owned enterprises of the current status of overseas M & A analysis,the state-owned enterprises face the problem of overseas mergers and acquisitions,the results achieved.To analyze and speculate the future of state-owned enterprises of China's overseas M & A prospects.And to understand that the face of financial crisis,foreign direct investment in the development of our country should pay attention to the problems and in the development of the road should be prepared to do.China's state-owned enterprises to allow the development of overseas mergers and acquisitions more smoothly,so that China's integration in the global economy anticipate the road.
