摘要
为了探讨微量元素锌对雏番鸭消化道肥大细胞的影响,将45羽1日龄体况一致的雏番鸭随机分成3组,A组为低锌组,B组为对照组,C组为高锌组,分别饲喂含20mg/kg、40mg/kg和200mg/kg的日粮,试验时间45d。观察15、30、45日龄三组雏番鸭消化道各段肥大细胞的变化规律。结果表明,饲料中锌水平的变化对于消化道中肥大细胞数量的变化有着重要的关系。饲喂早期,低锌引起消化道肥大细胞数量增加,高锌使消化道肥大细胞数量减少。但长时间持续饲喂低锌日粮导致消化道肥大细胞的数量下降,而长时间持续饲喂高锌日粮,雏番鸭消化道肥大细胞的数量出现较大程度的增加。
In order to study the influence of the trace element zinc on the mast cell quantities in the digestive tract of young muscovy ducks,45 one day old muscovy ducks were divided into three groups:Group'A'the low zinc group (20 mg/kg),Group'B'the control group (40 mg/kg) and Group'C'the high zinc group (200 mg/kg) .The ducks of the three groups were fed for 45 days and regularly tested to assess the quantity of mast cell in the digestive tract.The results indicated that early on,the low zinc increases the quantity of mast cells in the digestive tract,while the high zinc reduces it. But if fed the low zinc over a longer period of time,it may not cause the digestive mast cell quantity to increase,but rather,decrease. In addition,,when fed high zinc over a longer period of time, the young muscovy duck may have chronic zinc poison,thus causing an increase in the quantity of mast cells in the digestive tract . Therefore the change of zinc level affects the quantity of mast cells in the digestive tract which,in turn,influences the function of the immunity system.
