摘要
毒死蜱对不同温度下饲养的小菜蛾3龄幼虫羧酸酯酶的体内抑制动态规律有明显的差异。饲养于不同温度下的小菜蛾幼虫羧酸酯酶活性在受到毒死蜱的抑制之后,其恢复速度不同,其中饲养于30℃的小菜蛾3龄幼虫羧酸酯酶活性恢复最快,饲养于20℃的次之,饲养于10℃的恢复最慢。
The inhibition trend of the chlorpyrifos to CarE from the larvae of diamondback moth,Plutella xylostalla L.,raised at 10℃,20℃and 30℃was tested in this paper.The recovery rate of the activity of CarE from the larvae raised at 30℃after treatment with chlorpyrifos was the highest,and that at 10℃was the lowest.
