238株念珠菌分离鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的监测分析目前酵母样真菌的耐药现状,探讨引起医院感染常见酵母样真菌种类及其特点,以加强抗真菌药物的合理利用。方法对我院2005年1月至2007年6月分离鉴定出的238株酵母样真菌,采用科码嘉念珠菌培养基(CHRO-Magar)培养,API-20CAUX酵母样真菌鉴定试条进行鉴定;念珠菌药敏试条(ATB-Fungus)进行念珠菌药敏试验。结果238株酵母菌以念珠菌为主,其中白色念珠菌141株,热带念珠菌46株,克柔念珠菌27株,光滑念珠菌14株;白色念珠菌对两性霉素B(AMB)、5-氟胞嘧啶(5-FC)、制霉菌素(NYS)、酮康唑(KTC)、益康唑(ECO)、咪康唑(MTC)、氟康唑(FLC)的耐药率分别为9.1%、5.6%、10.5%、42%、40.8%、43.2%、9.3%:光滑念珠菌分别为0.0%、0.0%、36.5%、18.0%、36.6%、36.2%、66.6%等。结论目前引起我院患者真菌感染的念珠菌仍以白色念珠均为主,其次是热带念珠菌及克柔念珠菌,这些念珠菌对两性霉素B、5-氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑、制霉菌素较敏感、对酮康唑、益康唑、咪康唑产生了较强的耐药性。 Objective To analyze drug resistance of yeast-like fungus and investigate the kinds of yeast-like fungi-causing hospital infection and drug resistance characteristics of antibiotics,inorder to makerational administration of antifungal agents.Methods Drug sensitivity tests were agents on 238 strains of fungi,which were isolated in our hospital from January 2005 to June 2007,The strains of yeast-like fungi were identified with CHRO-Magar medium and API-20CAUX strip for yeast-like fungi.Drug sensitive test of Candida Was detected with ATB-Fungus trip.Results Form them Candida albieans accounted 141strains,C.tropicals 46 strains,C.krusei 27 strains,C.glabrata 14 strains.The sensitive rates of two kinds of Candida to amphotericine B(AMB),Flucytosine(5-FC),nystatln(NYS),ketoconazole(KTC),econezole(ECO),miconazole(MIC),and fiuconazole(FLC) were from 0.0%to 66.6%.Conclusions The pathogens causing fungus infection in our hospital are mainly C.albicans,their resistance characteristics to AMB,5-FC,FLC and NYS are relatively weaker,but to KTC,ECO,and MIC are stronger.
