摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析等研究方法,对黑龙江省滑雪旅游状况存在的缺乏合理规划、思想认识不够、缺乏合理竞争、生态环境恶化等主要问题进行分析,提出完善政策法规、统筹规划、加强专业人才培养等具体的发展对策,促进黑龙江省滑雪旅游的健康发展。
Adopted the methods of documentary,expert interview,logical analysis etc.Analysis the present situation of skiing tourism in Heilongjiang Province.To identify some factors in lack of rational planning,lag in mentality exemplar enterprise,lack of rational competition,ecological environment deterioration etc.Puts forward a series of measures including perfecting policy and rules,coordinating planning,strengthen the cultivation of professional etc,which promoting the health development of skiing tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
