摘要
目的了解恶性肿瘤住院患者的主要病种和构成情况,为医院管理及改革提供参考。方法以2002年至2007年我院住院患者病案资料,分析疾病构成及变化趋势。结果:前12位肿瘤为子宫肌瘤、门癌、食管癌、胃癌、肺癌、甲状腺良性肿瘤、结直肠癌、白血病、卵巢良性肿瘤、乳腺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌。子宫肌瘤是我院住院患者最主要的肿瘤,占全部肿瘤患者19.17%,食管癌、门癌、胃癌作为我市主要的恶性肿瘤,占我院住院肿瘤患者41.30%。结论我院肿瘤患者构成与我市恶性肿瘤发病谱基本一致,我院应进一步加强肿瘤重点专科建设,发展重点、特色专科,开创先进的治疗手段,提升我院核心竞争力,为肿瘤患者提供精湛的医疗技术和优质的医疗服务,为促进本地区肿瘤防治事业高水平发展做出更大的贡献。
Objective To study the structure and metabolic trend of major tumor patients in Yangzhong City,and provide some basis for hospital management and innovation.Methods We collected the inpatient data from 2002 to 2007 in People’s hospital of Yangzhong City,and analysis the tumor inpatient structure and its metabolic trend.Results The major tumor inpatient order was hysteromyoma,carcinoma of gastric cardia,carcinoma ventriculi,esophageal cancer,lung cancer,thyroid neoplasm,colorectal cancer,leucocythemia,ovarian tumor,mammary cancer,liver cancer,cervical carcinoma.As the major tumor,the percent of Hysteromyoma was 19.17%,Upper cancer(carcinoma of gastric cardia,carcinoma ventriculi,esophageal cancer)was 41.30%.Conclusions The structure and trend of major tumor was similar with the spectrum of tumor incidence.We should strengthen the emphase cancer major department and improve the core competitive power,and provide exquisite medical technique and excellent medical serve,and make more consecration for tumor prevention and cure.
