摘要
目的观察改良外剥内扎手术治疗急性嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法对47例急性嵌顿性环状混合痔患者采用改良外剥内扎术,术后开放创面,中药换药治疗。结果治愈39例,好转8例,无效0例,总有效率100%。结论本方法操作简单,痛苦小,手术后遗症少,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified external strip and interal ligation in the treatment of acute blocked mixedhemorrhoids.Methods 47 subjects were treated with modified external strip and interal ligation;after treatment,herbal plaster was used to the postoperative wounds.Results 39 cases were cured and 8 cases were improved,with the total effective rate of 100%.Conclusion this operation is a simple and little painless in the treatment of acute blocked mixed hemorrhoids
