摘要
通过供应链竞争获取优势已成为企业发展的关键途径之一 ,而规避战略合作风险对供应链的成功具有决定意义。本文从供应链合作伙伴、企业自身及交易过程三个方面分析了供应链企业战略合作的风险因素 ,并提出了降低风险的措施。
To compete by supply chain is one of the key ways fo r enterprises to obtain advantages, and it is decisive for the permanency of strat egic cooperation to elude the risks of supply chain alliance. At first, this pap er analyzes on the risk elements from the company, its partners, and the process of trading when enterprises are engaged in supply chain strategic cooperation, and then puts forward the ways to reduce the risks.
