摘要
针对双摆线齿轮减速器的配齿计算难度较大的特点。对配齿计算问题进行分析建模,应用最优保存策略构造遗传算法并选择合适的编码解码和个体评价方法对其进行求解,同时结合计算实例加以验证,取得了令人满意的结果。
This paper develops and analyzes the model for design of gear tooth's account in double cycloidal gear reducer, designs a genetic algorithm through applying the idea of optimum maintaining and select an appropriate method of coding and decoding and an evaluating method to compute the result. Application to a practical example shows that good results can be obtained with the algorithm.
