摘要
介绍光谱信息与熔滴过渡的对应关系,光谱信息对熔滴过渡的检测和控制,熔滴过渡光谱控制的脉冲焊机的设计以及光谱信息对熔滴过渡的实际控制效果。
The relation between spectral information and metal transfer are introduced.Also how spectral information inspect and control metal transfer,it's practical effects are discussed,because the welding machine is controlled by singlechip microcomputer which deal with spectral information.Moreover,some proposals are put forward for design consideration of pulsedcurrent welding machine.
