村民自治在民主决策、民主管理、民主监督等方面面临诸多困难和问题,构筑村民自治之路是一项比较复杂的系统工程,需要全社会关注、支持和配合。
The villagers' self - government is confronted with many difficulties and problems regarding democratic decision -making,management and supervision. Achieving the Villagers' self - government is a complicated systematic project which needs concern, support and cooperation from the whole society.
