摘要
1995年7月～1996年12月,应用国产镍钛记合金网状支架治疗高危病人前列腺增生症38例,均一次成功。术后有21例病人能立即排尿,全部病人经随访1～8个月,前列腺症状评分从术前29.25±3.69分减少至8.78±3.12分,最大尿流率从术前2.36±2.87ml/s,增加到12.65±2.89ml/s,其结果表明镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症安全有效,无手术并发症,近期疗效满意、尤其适合高危病人。
38 high risk patients with hypertrophy of prostate had been treated with net -like stent made with nicket - titanium memory alloy from July. 1995 to Dec, 1996. All subjects had been followed - up for one to eight months. Their prostatic symptom scores decreased obviously from preoperative 29. 56 ± 3. 69 to postoperative 8. 78± 3. 12. The peak urinary flow increased from preoperative 2. 36 ± 2. 87ml/sec to postoperative 12. 65 ± 2. 89ml/sec. The results showed that this therapy for hypertrophy of prostate was safe and effective, especially for high risk patients.
