摘要
重点讨论了英语习语的汉译方法及翻译中需要注意的问题，指出英语习语的得体翻译最终有赖于准确理解英汉两种语言的文化内涵。
Methods of the Chinese translation of English idioms are discussed, and several relevant problems are presented. It concludes that proper translation of English idioms depends on the accurate comprehension of the culture of the two languages.
