摘要
介绍一种测量超精密花岗石空气主轴径向回转精度的测量方法──双向转位法。该法运用误差分离技术，并且编制了一套数据处理程序，有效地提高了测量准确度．
A called bidirectional measurement method is introduced into measuring the rotation accuracy of super-precision air spindles in this paper. The error separation technology (EST) and a special data processingprogram have been adopted to improve the measurement accuracy sucesstully.
