摘要
2,2- 二苯基六甲基三硅烷在三氯化铝的催化下,向反应体系中通入干燥的氯化氢时不是一步生成了2,2-二氯六甲基三硅烷,而是先生成了2-氯-2-苯基六甲基三硅烷,然后再转化得到预期的产物. 通过用制备色谱获得了中间产物以及气相色谱跟踪反应,较详细地观察了反应物转化的过程.
Dichlorohexamethyltrisilane can not be prepared from 2,2 diphenylhexa methyltrisilane and dry hydrogen chloride with catalytic aluminum chloride in one step; 2 Chloro 2 phenylhexamethyltrisilane was first obtained instead. The latter was transferred into 2,2 dichlorohexamethyltrisilane. 2 Chloro 2 phenylhexamethyltrisilane was prepared from the reaction solution with preparative Gas Chromatography, this reaction was monitored by Gas Chromatography. This paper reported the reaction route in detail.
