摘要
目的 :探讨抗炎灵对大鼠细菌性腹膜炎致多器官功能不全综合征 (MODS)后结肠动力的影响及其机制。 方法 :将Wistar大鼠分成MODS组 (模型组 )和MODS +中药抗炎灵组 (治疗组 ) ,观测单位时间排便的粪点数、结肠平滑肌环行肌条振幅变化、平滑肌细胞长度、细胞内钙离子浓度变化、平滑肌细胞IP3 含量、血清NO的变化。 结果 :治疗组与模型组相比排便点数、肌条收缩振幅、细胞内钙离子浓度和IP3 含量明显增加 ;而治疗组平滑肌细胞的长度和NO较模型组减少 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :抗炎灵能有效促进结肠运动 ,同时涉及cAMP、cGMP和肌醇脂质两套信号传导系统。
Objective To explore the effect of kangyanling on colon motility after multiple organ disfunctioin syndrome(MODS)in rats Methods Twenty Wistar rats were divided into two groups,the MODS group and the treatment group.The number of stool,the length of cell and ion of smooth muscle,the change of circular muscle strip amplitude,IP 3 and serum nitric oxide(NO) in all groups were measured.Results The number of stool,the change of circular muscle strips amplitude,IP 3 and i of smooth muscle in the treatment group were higher than those in the MODS group;the cell length of smooth muscle and serum NO in the treatment group were lower than those in the MODS group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangyanling can accelerate the colon motility by switching on simultaneously cAMP,cGMP signal system and inositol lipid signal sysytem.
