摘要
采用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法等 ,对中小学体育教师继续教育的主要动力机制问题进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,可以通过加大宣传力度 ,不断优化课程设置 ,提高授课水平 ,增加继续教育的经费等多方面激发教师的内在学习动机。
By such research methods as consulting literature,questionnaire interview and mathematics statistics,the author researches into the main motivation mechanism of continual education of middle and primary school sports teachers. The result indicates that the inherent learning motivation of teachers can be increased through many aspects, such as strengthening the propaganda,optimizing course establishment,improving the competence of teaching,and increasing the funds of continual education,etc.
