摘要
本文介绍复方氧氟沙星乳剂的制备方法,研究制定了制剂质量标准。稳定性试验用动力学方法预测该制剂的贮存期为1年,并进行了刺激性等试验。结果表明,该制剂安全有效,性质稳定,含量测定方法简便、准确、可靠,平均回收率101.23％,RSD=0.43％。
Preparation method and quality control of Compound Ofloxacin Emulsion were studied. Stabili-ty was determined by pharmacokinetics method.Predicted shelf- life would be over one year.The irritation and other tests also were carride out. The results showed that the formulation of the emulsion was reasonable and can be used safely and reliably. The method of assay was simple, accurate and reliable. The average recovery was 101.23%, RSD =0.43%
