摘要
学术类期刊二次经济价值的产生过程是科学技术转化为生产力的过程,因而它具有潜在和滞后的特点.因此,通过销售所获得的经济收益不能作为衡量学术期刊参与市场竞争的唯一指标.据此,笔者提出了学术类期刊必须参与全方位的市场竞争的观点.
Academic periodicals' second process to produce economic value is on to turn scientific fechnology into productive forces. Therefore, it has great potential and its effeets may not be seen immediately. So the economic benefits gained through the sale of the periodicals cannot be the only basis on which to measure them with regard to their participation in the market competition. The author hereupon raises the point that learned periodicals should take part in market competition all round.
