摘要
1995年至1997年间，从山东烟区各主要产烟县（市）采集病毒样品，经鉴定、分类、分离、纯化后，对纯化物进行了生物学特性、病毒粒体形态、血清学关系等方面的比较，从而明确了山东烟区主要烟草病毒病病原物的株系：烟草黄瓜花叶病毒的普通株系（CMVc）、坏死株系（CMVTN）、黄化株系（CMVY）；烟草普通花叶病毒的普通株系（TMVC）、坏死株系（TMVN）、黄化株系（TMVY）、环斑株系（TMV R0）；烟草马铃薯Y病毒的普通株系（PVYO）、坏死株系（PVYN）；烟草蚀纹病毒的轻症株系（TEVM）、重症株系（TEVs）。其中烟草黄瓜花叶病毒的普通株系（CMVC）、烟草普通花叶病毒的普通株系（TMVC）、烟草马铃薯Y病毒的坏死株系（PVYN）、烟草蚀纹病毒的重症株系（TEVS）是优势株系。烟草蚀纹病毒（TEV）的株系毒力分化属国内首次报道。
The strains of tobacco viruses were identified by the ways of seperation, purification, biological tests, electric microscopy observation and serology tests, etc. The samples were collected in the tobacco planting areas in Shandong during the years of 1995~1997. They were 4 strains of tobacco mosaic virus, common strain (TMVc), necroticstrain (TMV N), yellowing strain (TMV Y), and ring spot strain (TMV RS), 3 strains ofcucumber mosaic virus, common strain (CMVc), necrotic strain (TMV TN), yellowingstrain (TMV Y), 2 strains of potato virus Y, ordinary strain (PVY O ), necrotic strain(PVY N), 2 strains of tobacco etch virus, mild strain (TEV M), severe strain (TEV s).Among these viruses, TMV C .CMV C. PVY N and TEV s strains were the superior strains.This is the first report about the strains of tobacco etch virus (TEV) in China.
