摘要
基于资源的理论和基于能力的理论是目前企业战略形成理论中两个最有影响的理论观点．然而，这两个理论各自存在着局限性．文中首先比较了这两种理论的各自特点，指出了它们的主要不足之处．在此基础上，提出了新的资源和能力划分，即基于能力的资源和基于资源的能力，并在对它们进行综合分析的基础上。
Both the Resource Based Theory (RBT)and the Capability Based Theory (CBT) are two of the most important theories in the formation of firms strategy. However, there are some limitations in these theories as the article first analyses. Based on the characteristics and problems of RBT and CBT, the authors put forward a new defination, that is the Resource Based Capability (RBC)and Capability Based Resource(CBR). Through the comprehensive analysis of RBC and CBR, a new pattern of forming firms strategy is established.
