摘要
本试验研究了4年、9年和17年3个不同种植年限的塑料大棚秋黄瓜生育期内土壤养分含量和3种酶活性的变化。结果表明:土壤养分含量和3种酶的活性以建棚9年的最高,其次是4年的,最低的是17年的,说明建棚9年时,土壤肥力达到高峰,以后逐渐下降。3种酶活性与土壤有机质、全氮的含量具有显著的相关性,反映3种酶活性与土壤肥力和养分供给有一定的关系。
Soil organic matter,total N,available P and K,and three enzyme activities were measured in the protected land with different culturing time.It was found that these parameters were high in the 9 years old cultured soil,low in the 17 years old cultured soil. This indicates that soil fertility gradually increases durig 9 years culturing stage,but after- ward decreas.The three enzyme activities were closely linearly related with soil organic matter and total N.The enzyme activities can be used as an indicator of soil fertility and nutrient capacity.
