摘要
我国城市生活垃圾,作为废弃物,在环境中已为公害,加上废弃物中的有机物发酵分解,向大气扩散恶臭,排出甲烷等温室气体,因此,有必要调查、考察我国主要典型城市垃圾填埋场及处理厂等的概况,了解、掌握对来自生活垃圾中甲烷的排放量,尤为重要。并以此为依据,作为制定与编制城市生活垃圾中甲烷排放清单的方法,进行相互对照。通过对典型城市(46个主要城市)生活垃圾清运量的统计、调研,及其垃圾中有机物种类和排放系数的初步确定,结合城市的人口数,初步确定按人口分担的排放量。以此来研究排放清单。本报告通过对46个主要城市生活垃圾清运量及甲烷的排放量统计、调研,实际上为今后进一步研究来自废弃物甲烷,排放进行了初步的探索性研究;同时,为非工业源甲烷排放量及其预测与制定排放清单提供依据。关于在城市生活垃圾中甲烷排放,以人口分担统计的方式进行了预测与评估现已获得了初步的结果。
Our country man-made waste, as trash, has became social effects of pollution in environment. In additionally, organic matter of waste ferment and deeompose. Waste's eacosmia emit into atmosphere. Then, it is neeessary to invest and exam waste buried field and disposal plant of our typical city. It is more important to understand and mast methane emissions from man-made waste basted on this, making methane emissive list, comparing each other. By statistic and investing of typical city (46 main cities) man-made waste, primary determination of kinds and emissive coefficient of organic matter of man made waste, share emission according to population and research list. By statistic and investment about 46 main cities man-made waste transitive quantity and methane emissions, this paper has down primary research to methane emissions. At same, it will offer evidence for non-industrial forecast of methane emission in city man-made waste, share statistic on population, having gained primate result in forecast and assessment.
