摘要
用不同含量的Ce(NO3)3饲料喂养大鼠,提取大鼠血清、肌肉、心脏、肝、肾、胃、胰等7种组织器官酶液,采用聚丙烯酰安凝胶电泳技术,研究了稀土对大鼠体内淀粉酶同工酶的影响.结果表明:在低剂量稀土Ce3+的作用下,各器官淀酶同工酶的酶带位置和数目未发生变异,但随稀土浓度不同,各器官淀粉酶的活性发生变化.通过分光光度法测定各器官淀粉酶的相对活性,发现在稀土浓度为100~200μg/g时对大鼠体内淀粉酶活性影响显著.
Mice were fed with feed containing different contents of cerium nitrate and enzyme solutions of 7 kinds of organs of the mice were studied by PAGE method, and the relative activity of amylase were determined by spetrophotometry. The result indicate that the relative activity of amylase has changed evidently in a feed rang of 100~200 μg/g cerium nitrate, although the sites and number of amylase remain unchanged.
