摘要
以鲤鱼的成熟精巢为原料,将其中的鱼精蛋白和DNA分离,得到纯度较高的鱼精蛋白.对鲤鱼鱼精蛋白与鲑鱼鱼精蛋白的抗菌作用进行比较,结果表明,鲑鱼鱼精蛋白作用较强,尤其是对革兰氏阳性菌的作用更强,对某些革兰氏阴性菌和酵母亦有抑制作用,但不能抑制霉菌.在不同pH条件下的抑菌试验表明,鱼精蛋白在碱性范围内抑菌效果较好.
Carp sperm cells were disrupted and carp protamine and DNA were separated to obtain carp protamine with high purity. Antimicroorganism tests show that protamine had stronger antimicroorganism activity to Grampositive bacteria than to Gramnegative bacteria and yeasts.Protamine had no effect on molds. Protamine had good antimicroorganism activity in alkaline media. Salmon protamine had higher antimicroorganism activity than carp protamine.
