摘要
采用实脸动物制造脑缺血模型,观察海润栓瘀灵对实验性脑缺血的影响。结果表明,本品能增加脑血流量,改善脑组织的供血,能解除软脑膜微血管的痉挛,改善脑膜微循环;能降低脑含水量和脑指数,减轻脑水肿,改善脑组织的缺血缺氧状态。
The effect of Harun-Shuan Yu Ling on experimental cerebral ischemia was observed in nimal model.The results showed that the drug increased cerebral blood flow and improved tissue blood supply.It relieved the microvascular spasm and improved meningeal mierocirculation.It low- ered the cerebri water content and cerebral index,alleviated encephaledema,and ameliorated the is- chemia and anoxic state in brain tissue.
