摘要
本文采用Grimelius银染法对鹌鹑肠道嗜银细胞的分布及形态进行了观察和研究。结果显示：嗜银细胞在小肠密度较大，直肠次之，盲肠最少。小肠嗜银细胞主要分布在肠腺上皮之间，在肠上皮之间分布较少。直肠嗜银细胞主要分布于肠上皮细胞之间。在盲肠的嗜银细胞主要分布在结缔组织内。嗜银细胞的形态也多种多样，有锥体形，椭圆形，梭形等。
The distribution and morphology of argyrophil cells in intestine of Coturnix coturnix were observed and studied by Grimelius's tver staining. The results show:The density of argyrophil cells in the rectum is less than that in small intestine of Coturnix coturnix,and that in the cecum is the least.The argyrophil cells of small intestine mainly distribute in the epithelial cells of intestinal glands,and those are little in the epithelial in intestine.The argyrophil cells in the rectum mainly distribute in the epithelial cells of intestine.The argyrophil cells in the cecum mainly distribute in the connective tissue.Te shapes of the argyrophil cells are various. They seems like conicalness,ellipse and rhombus.
