摘要
在充分研究21世纪中国经济和社会发展的前景、以及科学技术和社会科学进展的基础上,对中国体育社会科学应回答的时代问题做了初步的预测。认为我国经济和社会发展理论的进步和发展,给了跨世纪的体育社会科学工作者更大的活动空间,同时要求他们具有更大的理论勇气和更大的社会责任感。提出了体育社会科学现代化的标准:(1)体育社会科学由定性描述的科学转变为定性和定量相结合的规范化的科学;(2)体育社会科学的职能由议论舆论性的,转变为说明解释性的(即可证明和可检验的),进而成为预见性的,决策支持性的职能,从而提高我国体育实践的预见性、科学性和自觉性;(3)体育社会科学的体系由单纯划分为不同领域的平面性结构,转变为既有不同方面,又有若千层次的立体的系统结构;(4)体育社会科学的研究方式由个体经验式的和偏重思辨的研究,转变为遵循逻辑程序的交叉综合研究;(5)体育社会科学将由与自然科学相分离的一个知识部门,转变为现代体育科学技术体系的一个组成部分。进而又提出了将体育社会科学的研究方法发展成为一种综合集成技术的观点,即三个“板块”的高度综合:(1)专家群体(主要是各种有关的专家和管理人员);(2)社会调查和社会实验的数据和各种信息与计算机技术有机结合起来;(3)把各种基础学科的科学理论?
Based on full research into llie prospects of Chinese economic and social development and the progress of science and technology and social sciences, I initially predicts the era questions Chinese Social Sciences of Sports should answer. I considers the development of Chinese economic and social development theory provides broader activity space for the workers of Social Sciences of Sports at the turn of the century, meanwhile requires them to have stronger courage in research of the theory and sense of social responsibility. I advances the standards of modernization of Social Sciences of Sports; First, Social Sciences of Sports change from a science of qualitative description to a standard science of qualitative and quantitative description; Second, the reviewing function of Social Sciences of Sports changes into the function to be explicable (that can be attested and examined), moreover predictable, policy - buttressed, which improves the foresight, scientific spirit and consciousness of sports practice in our country; Third, the system of Social sciences of Sports changes from plane structure which is simply divided into different fields to three - dimensional system structure having different aspects and several levels; Forth, research method of Social Sciences of Sports changes from individual experience and emphasis on rationality to intersecting and comprehensive research complying with logic program; Fifth, Social Sciences of Sports will change from a section which seperates from natural science to a component of the system of modern science and technology of sports. I also advances an opinion on developing research method of Social Sciences of Sports into a comprehensively integrated technology, that is high multiple of three plates; First, expert group (which is mainly composed of all kinds of relevant experts and managers); Second, data and informations from social investigations and experiments combining with computer technology; Third, scientific theory of investigations and experiments combining with individual experience. Chinese Social Sciences of Sports in the 21th century will gain the best period for their development since the foundation of our country, we can predict that many important theory problems will make great progress.
