摘要
通过对内蒙古科技人才现状的调查分析,找到了内蒙古科技人才数量、结构和分布中存在的主要问题。在此基础上,得出内蒙古科技人才配置战略研究的初步结论是:科技人才资源配置奋斗目标是逐渐建立起“二个人才中心,三个人才区和四个人才带”;人才资源配置主要对策为:分区规划,协调发展;加强人才市场体系建设,制定、完善人才市场运行规则;抓住时机,利用自然资源优势,吸引、发展科技人才。
Through investigation and analysis of the present situation of the scientific personnel in Inner Mongolia, the main problem has been found out Concerning the number,structure and disposition of the scientific personnel of the region. Hence the conclusion about the strategy of the disposition of the scientific personnel resoutces in Inner Mongolia: establish 2 centers of qualified personnel, 3 areas of qualified personnel and 4 zones of qualified personnel; and the policy towards the disposition of personnel resources: make different plans in different areas but bring about harmonious development, strengthen the establishment of personnel market and draw up and perfect personnel market stipulations, and lose no opportunity to draw qualified personnel by making use of the advantages in its natural resources.
