摘要
以人基因组DNA为模板,采用PCR获得人神经生长因子(hNGF)基因,载体pGEM-T中,DNA序列分析克隆的hNGF基因与文献报道的完全一致。
We proliferated hNGF gene with chromosome DNA as template from human genomic DNA by POR. Then hNGF gene was cloned into pGEM-T vector and sequenced. The hNGF DNA sequence is identical to the published sequence.
