摘要
本文报道了珠海口岸海水致病性弧菌的调查结果及理化因素(PH,T,Na^+)对弧菌分离检出的影响。从48份水样中,共检出致病性弧菌93株。调查结果表明,在本地区的自然条件下,致病性弧菌可以在海水中长期存活。
This paper reported the investigation results of pathogenic vibrio in sea water and the affect of physical and chemical factor to isolation of vibrio. From 48 seawater samples, were 93 strains of pathogenicvibriowere. The results showed, the pathogenic vibrio could survive long in the sea water in the local nature condition.
