摘要
用胃特灵胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气虚血瘀证34例,并以三九胃泰治疗24例为对照,分别用药1—2个疗程。结果显示胃特灵胶囊在改善临床症状、胃镜观察疗效、抑杀幽门螺旋杆菌、降低血液粘度方面均优于三九胃泰(P<0.05)。虽然病理积分总有效率比较,两药无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组治疗前后的积分比较,该药在减轻炎细胞浸润、充血水肿、阻断胃粘膜腺体萎缩方面具有显著效果(P<0.05)。但对肠上皮化生和腺体增生的疗效尚不够理想,有待进一步探索。
We treat 34 cases of the CAG deficiency of qi and blood stasis for one or two course with WeiTeLing and compare with 24 cases with that of 999 medicine. The result shows that WeiTeLing is superior to 999 medicine in killinghelicalbacter pylorus, reducing blood viscosity improving the clinical symptom, observing the treating effect by gastroscope. (P<0. 05). There is no much difference in pathologic marks between the two medicine. (P >0. 05). After the treating course we find that WeiTeLing has a good effect in reducing cellular infiltration, congestive hydroncus and preventing the atrophy of gastric mucosa (P<0. 05). A further research should be done on the effect of WeiTeLing in treating intestinal metaplasia and adenomatasis.
