Fabrication and Properties of Aluminium Alloy Composites

摘要 介绍了铝合金复合材料(MMC)的生产途径和制备工艺;用粉末冶金法制备了SiCp增强铝合金MMC,并对其进行了力学性能测试和断裂行为分析;综述比较了用不同工艺生产的MMC的性能及影响因素;试图说明增强体/基体界面结合力是铝合金MMC性能的控制因素; The fabrication routes and manufacturing processes of aluminium alloy matrix composites are outlined.The composites based on SiC particles reinforced aluminium alloys are prepared by powder metallurgy.Some of the mechanical properties that have determined for the composites which fabricated by different processes are described.An analysis is also attempted on how bonding strength between reinforcement and matrix interface may influence tensile and fracture behavior of short fiber and particles reinforced composites. It points out at the end of the paper that looking for a proper interface bonding is an important part of the design of MMCs.
