摘要
结合紧固件的生产工艺,研究了冷变形和双相处理工艺对普通低碳钢性能的影响;提供了一种提高 ML15和 A3钢强度的热机械处理工艺;研究结果还表明,双相钢在冷拔应力状态下的变形和断裂行为不同于在单向拉伸状态下所表现的特征。
The Effect of colddrawing and dual—phase treatment,quenching the materials from two phases(a+r)field,on the mechanical properties of plain low carbon steel is studied according to the fastener—making process.An alternative approach to high strength draw- pieces based on the thermomechanical process of low carbon steel is provided.Fhe results also show that the deformation and fracture behaviour under cold drawing is different from that of the uniaxial deformation.
