摘要
颅脑损伤是神经外科的常见病。本文报告颅脑损伤100例,其中脑挫裂55例、颅内血肿41例、弥漫性脑肿胀1例、蛛网膜下腔出血3例。同时合并有颅骨骨折者62例。作者就脑干损伤、脑内血肿、慢性硬膜下血肿及颅骨骨折的CT诊断问题,进行了讨论。
The Injury to the Skull and brain is a Common disease in the department of neurosurgry ,This papar reports 100 Cases of this disease, Among Which there are 55 Cases of Contusion and laceration of the brain , 41 Cases of intrecranial hematoma,One Case of Spreading Cerebral swelling and 3 Cases of Subrachnoid hemorrhage, 62Cases mentioned above have the fracture of the Skull. The auther also discusses such Questions as diagnosing the injury to the. brain stem, intracerebral hematoma, chronic Subdural hematoma and the fracture to the Skull by Way of CT.
