摘要
本文分析了主动脉瓣返流116例，主动脉瓣脱垂在青少年组占较大的比例（20％），值得临床重视；主动脉瓣脱垂的病因较多，本文还讨论了彩色多普勒超声心动图在本病及其病因的早期诊断方面的重要价值。
This article analysed 116 cases of aortic valve regurgitation (AVR). Aortic valve prolapse (AVP) accounted for a considerable proportion(20%) in the young patients with AVR,which deserved to be paid attention. AVP had a lot of causes. The article also discussed the great value of colour doppler UCG in the early diagnosis of AVP and its causes.
