轻燃料油催化裂化生焦动力学模型的研究

摘要 在小型固定流化床反应装置上进行轻燃料油催化裂化反应实验,经参数估计确定了生焦动力学参数,建立了轻燃料油催化裂化反应生焦动力学模型.通过对动力学参数与原料组成进行线性关联,改进了模型计算精度. Investigation of the kinetic model of coke formation for catalytic cracking reaction of light fuel oil was conducted by performing the cracking reactions of light fuel oil on commerical equilibrium zeolite catalysts in a fixed-fluidized bed reactor. For the coking kinetic model, the kinetic parameters involved in cracking and deactivation reactions were determined by use of a parameter estimation method. The result of statistical analysis points out that the coking kinetic modal for first order deactivation reaction can well simulate experimental coke yields. Furthermore, the coking kinetic model was modified by the correlation with kinetic parameters and the chemical composition of light fuel oils.
