摘要
本文介绍了重钢(集团)公司第二炼钢厂新建板坯连铸机投产以来开发试验16MnR钢种的连铸工艺及其轧材状况。经过一般试验及试生产,分析检验连铸坯质量及轧材性能,摸索出了合理的工艺路线及工艺参数。
This paper introduced the circumstances of the developing and testing on the continuous casting process of 16MnR steel series and the rolled steel from them since the newly-built slab continuous casting machine had been put into production in the No 2 Steel Plant of Qionggang Iron & Steel (Group)Company. The reasonable process and technology parameters were groped for and found out through a period of the typic experiment and pilot production as well as analysis and examination on CC slab quality and rolled steel properties.
