饲料中添加高铜或高锌对猪生长发育及其肉质的影响 被引量:2

THE EFFECTS OF HIGHER LEVELS OF Cu AND Zn IN DIET ON GROWTH AND MEAT QUALITY OF PIGS

摘要 选用24头60日龄健康断奶长白仔猪,随机分成3组:Ⅰ组饲粮中添加含150ppm铜的含硒生长素,Ⅱ组饲粮中添加含90ppm锌的含硒生长素,Ⅲ组(对照组)饲粮中添加仅含硒生长素。结果表明:Ⅰ组日增重780g,饲料报酬1:3.83,Ⅱ组的数值相应为790g,1:3.88,Ⅲ组为779g,1:3.87,组间差异不显著(P<0.05)。肝中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Se五种元素含量提高最为明显,眼肌中次之,但均未超过以往报导的正常含量。肉品质16项指标测定,15项组间差异不显著(P>0.05):17种氨基酸总量Ⅰ组为61.707%,较Ⅲ组60.055%提高2.75%;Ⅱ组60.995%,较Ⅲ组提高1.57%;统计分析组间差异不显著。这一结果提示在猪全价配合饲料中添加高剂量的Cu或Zn,当日增重达到较高水平时,对生长发育及肉质无不良影响。 24 weaning Landrace Pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups. The pigs group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed with 150 ppm of Cu or 90 ppm of Zn, respectively, the group Ⅲ as control in which the animal were fed only the growth promoter. The results showed that the average daily gains(ADG) and feed efficiency (F/ G) for the pigs in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 780g and 3.83,790g and 3.88,779g and 3.87,respectively. The differences among groups were not significant (P>0.05). The contents of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and Se in liver and eye muscle were obviously increased, but they were not beyond the normal levels. Meat quality traits were not affected by the higher level of Cu and Zn. Compared to control group the contents of amino acids in muscle for group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were increased by 2. 75% and 1. 75% respectively, but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).These results indicated that adding the higher level of Cu or Zn to pig diet did not affect the growth and meat quality of the animals.
