摘要
针对铸造铝合金的吸氢问题,对调压铸造过程中液态铝合金含氢量的变化进行了研究,论述了真空除气有显著的精炼作用,在干燥空气的条件下,液态铝合金含氢量低,可以铸造高气密性的精密铸件。
In view of the hydrogen absorption existed during casting process of Al alloy, the hydrogen content changes in molten aluminium alloy during casting under adjusted pressure are studied. The strong refining capability by means of vacuum degassing is discussed. The hydrogen content in molten aluminium alloy is low under the conditions of dry pressured air and the high airtight precision castings can be produced.
