摘要
在(pH3.80的0.44mol/LHAC-0.08mol/LNaAC缓冲浴液中,铬蓝黑B在-0.39V(vs.SCE)处有一还原波P1,当加入Ga(Ⅲ),峰电位移至-0.40V(vs.SCE),峰电流显著增加.在0.2-5μg/25ml范围内,峰电流与Ga(Ⅲ)浓度成正比.检出限为4ng/ml.本文对电极反应机理行研究,证明该极谱波属络合物吸附波.方法已用于测定铝箔、矿石中微量镓,结果满意.
In the buffer solution of acetic-sodium acetate(pH 3. 80),the reductive wave(P1) of eriochrom blue blank B(EBBB) was abserred at-0. 39V(vs. SCE) and in the presence of Gallium (Ⅲ) the peak potential of the derivative wave(P1) was moved to-0. 40 V(vs. SCE). the peak height of P1 increases remarkably. The peak height of P1 was directly proportional to the concentration Ga(Ⅲ) in the rang of 0. 2 to 5. 0 μg /25ml. The detection limit was 4ng/ml for Gallium.The mechanism of electode reaction has been studied and discussed. The wave was confirmed to be an adsorptive complex wave. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Galliun in ores and aluminium foil after priorseparation.
