摘要
报导了乐果等六种常用农药对两株苏云金杆菌以色列变种和三株球形芽孢杆菌的杀菌作用,提示当农药残存的数量达到一定的浓度时会影响细菌的存活。
This article reports the germicidal action of pesticides:Dimeltoate,Cidial,Dedevap,Cyhalothrin,Sumicidin and Decamethrin against two strains of B。thuringensis subsp,israelensis(B。t.i)and three strains of B。sphaericus (B. S)which are used for mosequito biocontrol.The results showed that the average percentage of germicidal action (APG)on B. t.i and B. S.were 76.86%and 72.32%,respectively, nd the defere-nce was not significant.The APG was high wben the exposure time of bacteria to pesticides was increased.It was above 95%when the time was 6 or over 6 hours,but it was below 74%when the time wes 3 hours(P<0.0i)。The germicidal action of Gyhalothrin,Decamethrin and Cidial for B。t.1.and B.S.were over 99.59%,in 3 hours.The germicidal action of Dedevap and Sumicidin for B,t.i.was influenced with the concentrationof them。The APG of high concentration(lx l04ppm一2x l04ppm)was99.99%,but it was 64.59%wh1le l x l0;ppm。When the concentrationwas l x l02ppm,no germicidal action was observed。
