两次标准加入法在难溶膜型化学修饰电极分析测试中的应用

摘要 难溶膜型化学修饰电极(CME),其响应电位与测试离子浓度的对数呈线性关系,且修饰简易、快速,电极抗干扰能力强。由于电极斜率的不稳定,给电极的应用带来诸多不便。两次标准加入法的应用,确保了化学修饰电极作为传感器的分析测试方法的准确度及精密度。 Hard dissolve film type chemical modified electrode gives a linear response of the potential with respect to the logarithm of the exarmined ion. The electrode modify is easy and can well resist the interference. Since the * electrode slope is not stable, so the application is a difficult problem. Double standard addition method can cope with the problem through ensuring the accuracy and precision of the chemical modified electrode as a chemical sensor.
