摘要
本文报告妊娠合并生殖道尖锐湿疣30例,其中28例系早孕合并尖锐湿疣,2例系晚期妊娠;前者人流术后随访,24例病损减轻,范围缩小,后者在分娩后一个月病损消失、自愈,未愈病例经局部电灼,70％三氯醋酸治疗后一个月复查,全部痊愈。说明妊娠合并尖锐湿疣,部分病例在妊娠终止后病损有缩小、自愈的倾向。
This paper reports 30 cases of pregnancy with condyloma acuminata in the OPD of our hospital, 28 of the 30 patients acquired condyloma acuminata during the early pregnancy the other 2 caulght acquired it during the lafe pregnancy. The following-up showed alleviation in 24 cases of the former after artificial abortion, and natural recovery of the later after delivery. With electrocautery or trichloracetate for the unhealed cases, they were all recovered after a month. It is suggested that many of the patients with condyloma acuminata tend to be relievea or healed spontaneously after the pregnancy is ended.
