摘要
本文综述国内外整体叶轮的特种加工技术,重点介绍了等截面电解加工,变截面扭曲叶片整体叶轮的电火花-电解组合、机械靠模仿型电解-电解磨技术及数控展成电解-电解磨新技术。
Special working processes of a whole propeller both at home and abroad are summarized with emphasis on ECM of blades with equal sections, EDM and ECM, ECM and electrochemical grinding by mechanical copying template and a new Process of ECM and electrochemical grinding of numerically controlled evelution of twisted blades with varying sections.
