摘要
采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定邻苯二酚、间苯二酚混合物的含量.通过等吸光点法寻找最佳的波长对,获得了较高的准确度,相对误差小于8.5%.方法体系简单,操作快速.
The contents of o-benzenediol and resorcinol are determined by dual —wavelength Ultraviolat spetrophotometry. The precision of determination is obtained by selectivity optimum wavelength pairs in which the absorptivity difference of determination component is maximum, and of interference component is zero,relative accuracy of determination is better than 5% for o—benzenediol and 8% for resorcinol.
