摘要
目的:观察不同强度低强度脉冲电磁场(pulseelectromagneticfields,PEMFs)对骨质疏松大鼠的影响,以确定何种指标为最佳治疗效果。方法:64只雌性大鼠随机分为8组:正常对照组、去势组、2×10-4T磁场照射组、4×10-4T磁场照射组、8×10-4T磁场照射组、4×10-4T磁场照射夜晚组、药物治疗组、4×10-4T磁场照射同时药物治疗组。在不同强度磁场环境中饲养2个月。测定全身骨密度,并进行骨形态计量。结果:去势后大鼠骨密度明显降低,骨显微结构出现了病理改变。经过2个月的电磁场治疗,在各种磁场强度下大鼠骨密度均比去势组有显著改变,在8×10-4T强度以内,改变数值随强度的增加而增加。另外,夜晚组效果比白天组稍差。结论:PEMFs对去势大鼠的骨质疏松症有一定的预防作用,在频率一定的情况下,8×10-4T以内效果随强度增加而增加,另外对于大鼠白天治疗比晚上治疗效果要好。
AIM:To observe the influence of different intensity of pulse electromagnetic fields(PEMFs) on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats,so as to find out the index for the best therapeutic efficacy. METHODS:Sixty four female SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups:normal control,ovariectomized;2×10-4 T PEMFs,4×10-4 T PEMFs,8×10-4 T PEMFs,and 4×10-4 T PEMFs at night;drug treatment and 4×10-4 T PEMFs plus drug treatment groups.The rats were bred in PMFs of different intensities for 2 months,bone mineral dinsity(BMD) was measured for histomorphometry of bone. RESULTS:BMD of ovariectomized rats decreased significantly,and pathological changes were observed in bone microstucture.After 2 month treatment of PEMF,the BMD of rats in the PMFs groups were improved significantly as compared with that in the ovariectomized group,At the range of 0-8×10-4 T,ovariectomized rats improved better with the increase of intensity.Besides,the effect in the day group was a little better than that in the night group. CONCLUSION:PMFs has a certain preventive effect on ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis.Under certain intensity,the effect becomes better with the increasing of intensity at the range of 0-8×10-4 T.Besides,it is better to treat the rats at daytime than at night.
